1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Match Reels, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. What Match Reels does
Match Reels is a video reframing tool for padel highlights. It allows users to upload horizontal padel clips, process them with an automated reframing workflow, and download a vertical reel output.
The service is intended for highlight clips, rallies, points, training clips, and similar short-form padel content.
3. Accounts and email verification
You may need to create an account and verify your email before uploading videos or starting a conversion. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Video uploads and ownership
You keep ownership of the videos you upload and the outputs generated from those videos. By uploading a video, you give Match Reels the limited permission needed to store, process, reframe, preview, and make the converted file available for download.
You must only upload videos that you own or have the right to process and share. Do not upload content that violates another person’s privacy, image rights, copyright, or other legal rights.
5. Temporary storage and downloads
Uploaded videos and generated outputs are stored temporarily for processing and download. Match Reels is designed to remove both input and output files after a short retention window, currently up to 15 minutes after processing is completed or no longer needed.
You are responsible for downloading and saving your output before it expires.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, overload the infrastructure, upload malicious files, process illegal content, or use Match Reels in a way that harms the service or other users.
7. AI-assisted processing
Match Reels uses automated processing to detect action and reframe video. Results may vary based on camera angle, lighting, movement, ball visibility, video quality, and court environment. We do not guarantee that every clip will produce a perfect crop.
8. Service availability
We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, performance, security, or product reasons. We will aim to keep the product reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
9. No professional advice
Match Reels is a media processing tool. It does not provide legal, copyright, privacy, coaching, or professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Match Reels is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost content, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Match Reels after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
